Accreditation Form

In order to facilitate the procedure, all accreditation cards will be prepared in advance and accreditation of participants will be made upon their arrival in hotel.

Therefore, all participants of the European Championships (competitors, coaches, technical staff, judges, journalists, NFs Officials, Members of the ECA working bodies and ECA Board, as well as all other interested parties), will be requested to send the Organizer a passport size photo prior to their arrival in Belgrade.

That would give us a chance to prepare everything well in advance and facilitate accreditation system so that no time would be wasted.

For each accredited person it is mandatory to send a photograph in digital form as an

attachment to mail message addressed to office@kayakec2007.comEvery photograph has to have the file name in form first name_last name.extension

(for example: vladimir_petrovic.jpg). Photograph has to be suitable for production of

accreditation pass and have passport size.

The application for each person will be considered as complete only if the photograph is submitted.

After you submit complete application (including photograph) it will be checked and

confirmed in shortest possible time.

Confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address supplied in your application.
